Andy was the founder of the Kansas City Legends Club and is currently the Director of Coaching for all the younger age teams, the Girls side of the club and the Academy training program.

Andy was an ever present British Collegiate All Star Select First XI player during his college career and played semi-professionally for seven years in his native England. Andy has a UEFA ‘B’ Coaching License, Passed his USSF A license on July 1, 1989, USSF National “A” Coaching License, and NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.

He has 32 years coaching experience, including 22 years in the United States. He was the Director of Coaching for the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association overseeing the Olympic Development Program and F, E & D level licensing clinics from 1986-1990. Andy worked with the U19 National program under Anson Dorrance and is a NSCAA clinician. He was the Director of Coaching for USYSA Midwest Region in 1989 and coached at Avila College (Kansas City) from 1993 to 1995.

Andy is the founder of British (Challenger Sports) Soccer Camps, The National Indoor Soccer Championship, The SuperClubs National Championship and The SuperClubs National Team Program. Andy has a Physical Education degree from Cardiff University and lectured in Physical Education at the Cardiff Physical Education College prior to taking up permanent residency in the U.S.

Andy is well known for his ability develop superior individual dribbling and finishing performance and for his capability to motivate players to transcend previous best performances.

Andy has recently published his unique coaching book, “Training Soccer Legends”
